Trent Pearce is fully committed to safeguarding the interests of young people and vulnerable adults. We make every effort to remain vigilant and anticipative of legislative changes and will make any necessary additions to our service in order to ensure that our clients can remain fully compliant with the legislation (Safeguarding Children & Safer Recruitment in Education). We confirm that we comply with the following current and specific requirements:

An Enhanced CRB Disclosure and List 99 will be sought and a central database will be maintained including the CRB disclosure reference number

Applicants complete an application process including Identification/Personal Details; Qualifications; Employment History; Referees; a Rehabilitation of Offenders/CRB Declaration; Equal Opportunities information; Medical Fitness; Right to Work in the UK

For the supply of teaching staff we require declaration of membership with the IfL and their personal registration number if applicable. In cases of no membership we inform candidates of the registration process and provide the internet link.

We will supply Applicants copies of any client policies requested that we have previously been supplied
